As a Luxury Real Estate Specialist in the South Bay, I bring a blend of market savvy and a personal touch to create standout experiences for my clients. Originally from Silicon Valley, I have been a proud Manhattan Beach local for nearly three decades.

In 2021, I set a sales record in the prestigious Manhattan Beach Hill Section, demonstrating my ability to achieve exceptional results for my clients. I leverage innovative marketing strategies, meticulous research, and a broad network of community connections to ensure that each client receives top-notch service.  I pride myself on making the real estate process comfortable and reassuring, offering a tailored concierge service that meets each client's individual needs. Specializing in uncovering hidden, off-market gems, I excel at helping clients find the perfect home or achieve a successful sale.

A passionate advocate for our community, I am committed to supporting local businesses, sponsoring school events, and participating in community gatherings. I am an LMU graduate, actively involved in the American Martyrs parish and the Manhattan Beach public schools. My husband, Tom, served as a Los Angeles County Lifeguard Captain for decades, which has made me a passionate advocate, sponsor and enthusiast for all ocean sports that are unique to the South Bay. This engagement not only enriches my network but also strengthens the ties that make our neighborhood a better place for everyone.
