Rochelle Hewitt’s passion for real estate is based on a love for helping others to achieve their dream of homeownership. With certifications as a Realtor®, Certified Probate Real Estate Specialist, and notary public, she provides a full-service real estate business for first-time homebuyers, sellers, and investors. Past clients often recommend her to future clients, validating that Rochelle provides a valuable service to South Bay and the surrounding communities.
 
A resident of the South Bay area herself, Rochelle fell in love with the region when she attended college in Carson. She earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in sociology at California State University, Dominguez Hills and spent seven years working as a children and family social worker. In this role, she worked with a diverse group of people with varied personalities, and she had to pay close attention to detail to create solutions for each unique family situation. Today, she uses some of these same skills to provide high-quality real estate service to her clients.
 
Rochelle’s first experience with real estate came in 2014 when she bought her home and felt disconnected from the process. In 2016, she was ready for a career change and pursued her real estate license. Today, as a licensed real estate professional, she aims to fill in the gaps that she felt during her personal homebuying experience. She works hard to create an inclusive process that focuses on education, communication, and ultimate customer satisfaction.
 
Rochelle is a married mother of three. In her free time, she enjoys hiking, rollerblading along The Strand, traveling internationally, and visiting museums.
