Meet April

As the daughter of a residential agent and wife of a former commercial real estate broker, it’s no surprise that April’s career path now includes residential real estate. April is a true “Californian” at heart. Born in the Palisades, raised in Laguna Niguel and a UCSanta Barbara grad, April has called Manhattan Beach home since 2010 (excluding an “Adventure Year” in Boulder, CO in 2021).

April’s intriguing career path provides her with a proven edge that helps clients achieve their goals. She has a 25- year track record as a sales and marketing executive in diverse industries, including jury selection consulting and emerging digital media technologies. When not busy working or raising her boy/girl twins, April can be found walking Rica (her Bernadoodle and “3rd child”) on the Strand, volunteering at MBMS and the Life Rolls On Foundation, playing beach volleyball, skiing/snowboarding in Mammoth, and — when time permits — traveling the world.
