As the Chief Operating Officer at Bayside Real Estate Partners in Manhattan Beach, Charlene Frias has focused on fostering the growth of Bayside, while elevating the brand and refining marketing strategies, creating a robust presence for Bayside and its seven distinct teams, each with their own unique brands; including Stroyke Properties, The Hobin Company Davidson Group, LiveSouthBayLocal, Denton and Denton, Jackie and Rina, and the Jacobellis Group. 

Charlene is a co-founder of The Empanada Shop in Redondo Beach, which she and her husband scaled from a single location to a nationally distributed brand available in Whole Foods, Kroger, Ralphs, and independent grocers nationwide.

She held the Series 7 and 65 licenses in a prior career as an Institutional Fixed Income Sales Associate at Credit Suisse and Merrill Lynch. Her comprehensive experience and entrepreneurial spirit are instrumental in driving Bayside’s continued success and commitment to excellence.
