Stepha’s focus, drive, honesty, and native knowledge of the South Bay make her a sought-after real estate advisor. If one of her buyers wants a coveted Manhattan Beach property, Stepha will leave no stone unturned in making it happen. If one of her sellers wants to set a record sale in Hermosa Beach, Stepha will utilize every resource available to bring it about.
 
Prior to getting her real estate license in 2018, Stepha spent five years as the executive assistant to top producer Jennifer Davidson. In that position, Stepha served as Jennifer’s right hand in over 100 transactions and learned the business from one of the industry’s best. When she became an agent, Stepha had the know-how and experience to stand out quickly, and she won Rookie of the Year at her prior agency. Though she’s had great professional success, Stepha approaches each day with a simple goal: meeting the needs of her clients.
 
Stepha moved to the South Bay when she was nine, graduated from Cal State, Long Beach, and is still thrilled to live and work in her hometown. A mother of three, Stepha loves spending time with her children and also enjoys painting, reading, and working out. Although she’s lived in Southern California for most of her life, one of Stepha’s favorite hobbies is snowboarding.
